If you are pre or postnatal, please book only into classes led by one of our Pre & Post Natal trained instructors. This ensures your session is safe and appropriate for your body; if booked into a class without this qualification, we may kindly ask you to rebook and will not be able to admit you to that session.

How do I book?

Booking is easy—simply select your class, date, and time to secure your spot. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability for your preferred time slot.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable, flexible clothing. Grip socks are recommended to prevent slipping on the reformer. All classes are designed with focus on breath and precision.

Is Reformer Pilates suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! Our Reformer Foundations class is designed specifically for beginners. The reformer provides support and resistance, making it accessible for all fitness levels. Our highly qualified instructors will guide you through proper form and progression.

Can I do Reformer Pilates if I have an injury?

Yes. Reformer Pilates can be adapted for injury recovery and rehabilitation. Please mention any injuries during booking so we can modify movements and provide appropriate modifications. We recommend consulting your physiotherapist beforehand.

How long before I see results?

What's the difference between Drop-in and Class Packs?

Drop-ins are one-off classes with no commitment. Class Packs offer better value and help maintain consistency—available in various sizes to suit your schedule. Check our Pricing page for current rates.

Can I freeze or transfer my class pack?

Do you offer private sessions?
